Parking

- Three downtown parking garages have covered parking for $.50 per hour, 24/7: Garage Art, Garage Band, and Garage Market.
- Downtown on-street parking is free, but depending on the parking zone, you may be limited to 2 hours in any one block (either side of the street) between 5 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday-Saturday. Check signs for parking regulations.
- Free parking may be available in the Bloomington Convention Center overflow parking lot — just a short walk from all festival venues and Saturday’s Lotus in the Park (at Third Street Park)
- Observe residential (“Residents Only”) restrictions when you encounter them in parking lots and on some street blocks. If signs say that unauthorized vehicles may be towed … your unauthorized vehicle may be towed.
