Moving Right Along!
Loren Wood Builders has been busy!
All of the demolition is complete, and…drumroll…we have heat! The HVAC is in and furnaces are fired up! We still need to add vents when bulkheads are complete.
Because of our generous donors and the hard work of Loren Wood Builders‘ crew, we have a new hot water heater and for the first time, we have hot water in our bathroom! Oh the trials of running a grassroots nonprofit. Framing of walls is approximately 80% complete.
 Next Steps include:
- Finishing interior framing
- Completing rough-in electrical (pulling wires and putting boxes in for switches and plugs)
- City inspection of electrical
- Putting spray foam insulation in the walls
- Hanging drywall
We can’t wait to meet new friends and bring together old friends in this new global arts center. Thank you for all the support!
