2020 Lotus Match Campaign – Thank You

From all of us here at Lotus, THANK YOU! We are truly humbled by the generosity of our donors. When we began this campaign, we set a goal of $30,000. The numbers are in and together we raised over $47,000! Right now, so many things are uncertain – but one thing that is certain is the overwhelming support of the Lotus community. 

“Our 2020 Match Campaign took the place of our usual annual Edible Lotus fundraiser, helping to raise funds to support the costs of putting on a Festival, in the absence of our usual weekend ticket sales. The incredible generosity of over 175 individuals helped us surpass our goal, and for that, we couldn’t be more grateful,” Executive Director Tamara Loewenthal said.

“Throughout this difficult time, those touched by Lotus have stepped up, again and again, to ensure we can continue to serve our mission,” Lotus Board President Jennifer Riley Simone said. “The Match Campaign was a cornerstone of our plan to remain fiscally viable this year and into the next. The outpouring of support that helped us to not only reach our goal but to greatly exceed it, is a testament to the community we have served for 27 years. On behalf of the Board, I thank our donors for their generosity and commitment to Lotus.”
