Accessibility Information for Monroe County Public Library
The Downtown Library has three accessible parking spots in its lot. There are additional accessible metered spots on surrounding streets. Wheelchairs, rollators, and an electric mobility cart are available at building entrances and a public elevator provides access to all floors. The Downtown Library is accessible through the North and South entrances. The Downtown Library Auditorium is accessible by ramp.
Coming and Going
At quiet “sit-down” venues (like Buskirk Chumley Theater and Church venues), please come and go ONLY between songs, so that we may minimize disruptions during performances.
